Super small, I got it because I got a kitten but he out grew it so fast. Do yourself a favor and just get a deep litter pan or top entry and give them a step up until they're big enough.SmallOK buy. I bought two for my two cats, before they were confident about going out of the house. You need two as cats don't share litter trays. The surrounding lip at the top was white (detachable for cleaning) and the bottom grey. The trays seemed small to me but it didn't worry the cats, both of whom were under six months old at the time. I would had had to get bigger trays if they had been any bigger. In the first 9-10 months the average size of cats is about a pound per month of age. They were certainly fit for my purposes, I took off a star as for long term use for a house cat I would have wanted them to be a little heavier and more robust. 10 percent more plastic weight for the size and they would merit 5 stars.Am I really reviewing a litter tray? Oh yes, I do believe I am. Really, this product is fantastic. I was surprised by the size - it's great! Bigger than I expected. My 7kg cat appreciates the extra butt room. The curved edges and super-shiny plastic are perfect for cleaning. Garish cat litter trays are the bane of my existence in an open-plan apartment, so the contemporary lime green colour and modern shape of this litter tray are ideal for me.My only minor gripe is that there are small round dips in each corner where the litter tray has 'feet'. Sometimes the urine can collect in here and can be difficult to scoop out. However, for the price, I'm not complaining! Would definitely recommend!Really great cat litter tray. Wonderfully large and spacious. Nice shape and deep sides.My cats would prefer it for a bed to be honest? Love the bright lime green colour as it is purfect with the colour scheme of their own room. I have now ordered another 2 of these trays. Wish they did a deep purple colour too.Great tray, great size, great colour.Purrrfect all round.Large but a bit flimsy and unstable. Instead of resting flat on the floor as I expected, the four corners are hollowed, which means the tray is resting on the four corners. This makes the tray tip up if the cat rests paws on the sides, as mine does. The only alternative is filling it with much more cat litter to prevent tipping (wasteful).Why don't cat litter tray manufacturers make solid, stable, flat trays? PLEASE!! It's annoying.A good sized litter tray (approximately 50 x 36 x 11 cm) that is large enough for an adult cat to kick litter around without all of it ending up on your floor. It is made of strong plastic and should last for years. Whilst it is easy to clean, there are four recesses inside the tray in which used litter tends to accumulate, so a little more attention to those areas is needed from time to time.
