This is the most wordiest book. Everything detail is described in deep detail. These two powers help him with good and BAD vibes, dreams and advice. Devil made a deal with the cowboy's father. Father bet the devil. Devil curses the offspring of the cowboy's father. The story is also the story of a family that the cat belonged to in one of his past lives. A man hurt the little girls mother while the husband was fighting in the war. The man that "hurt" the woman was once imprisoned with the "cowboy". The cat watches out for both the girl and her family and the cowboy. The cat Misto was originally introduced in the Joe Grey talking cat mystery series. The book tells the story of the cowboy's last job and how he goes about it. While in the family, the bad man is setting up the husband so that he can get back at the wife.The bad man and the husband were friends in high school. One good and the other bad. The basis of these stories is good over evil. The book is a good read. It really draws you in. The cowboy robber commits his crime and escapes and the bad man sets up the husband and then the book ends. I guess that this sets up the story for the next book. It is a GREAT story.
