I was first very impressed by the attention to detail in the packaging of this product. The manufacturer is sure that there will be no damage in transport. Every piece was snug in between foam and corner protectors.Instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Assembly took me about 30-45 minutes. When placing the pieces together, I suggest having another person on hand to help. Aligning the pegs can get tricky on your own.I did realize part way through that you can actually place the cat entry on either side of the bench/box. I just followed what the instructions showed…I’m not sure if it indicated this choice anywhere but figured I’d share in case someone was worried it needs to be on the right side as shown in the picture. It doesn’t.The item is sturdy - you can tell right away by the weight of the shipping box! There was no one single imperfection. I highly recommend and my cat approves. He’s an 18 lb Norwegian Forest/Maine Coon mix - him and his extra large litter box fits well. I couldn’t use the spacer inside because the litter box was just a tad too big, but I could still fit the litter and tools inside without it.Seems like a solid deal thus far. You get what you pay for! Definitely worth it.
