I ordered two of these and the material is god but quality control is poor. The bow tie is longer on one side than the other and is sewn onto the scrunchie like collar crooked, the pearls are lopsided. I have a 8 lb cat and the medium barely fits. If she gains to 9 lbs the medium will no longer fit. The way you put it on is to slip the collar over your cats head. The width of the collar portion is very wide (3 times wider than the average cat collar) so its not very comfortable for my cat to wear. I'd say if they were not so wide and if quality control were good these would be nice but as is it needs some improvements.
